Credit Card Review

Credit cards are useful in a lot of ways - a million and one to be precise. It boosts up a person's self esteem knowing that whenever he runs out of cash and is trapped in an awkward situation where paying is a must, swiping a card is always a good fall back. Take it from me, who's been there a hundred million times. It's frustrating when your walking around the mall and you see a limited edition, extremely rare and literally, one of it's kind, collector's item which is only available for today; a pair of shoes - and that you just got to have it or else your not somebody from earth. Or when youre out cruising with your friends in your new car (which your parents gave you as a graduation gift but forgot to load up the tank) and then suddenly, you realize that your out of fuel, and cash in your pocket is enough only for A CALL on the payphone. That should really be humiliating! or traumatic, if i should say so myself..

But then again, not all that glitters is gold. Having a credit card doesn't really mean that you can go on spending until your own shoes walk out off your feet. Carrying a credit card along takes with it the discipline and responsibility of handling personal finances which also includes planning ahead for paying obligations in time and preventing problems in the future.

I wanted a reward card for the cashback bonuses. I shop a lot and thought I may as well benefit while I am doing so. I looked at price comparison sites online such as eComparison to search for a card offering the best deal. These cards are wonderful if you can afford to pay the balance off every month but if you cannot, then its best to consider another option because of the high interest rates.
